City likely to become owner of former dry-cleaner property

Soon to be the city’s property — This former business, Best Cleaners & Laundry, will soon be owned by the City of DeLand. The property has racked up more than $338,000 in code-enforcement liens, and the city is getting ready to file a lien foreclosure on it.
