Planning panel ‘renders’ to Little Caesars

AlittlesliceofRome?—The franchisee of a well-known pizza chain is eyeing this former service station at 475 S. Volusia Ave. in Orange City for a new outlet to feed legions of customers. Little Caesars Pizza will repurpose the site for a drive-thru pickup business, under the proposal approved by the Orange City Planning Commission. The building will be renovated, and new buffers and landscaping will be added.
